What Makes Mucho Más Rosé So Special?
This modern Spanish rosé is made from Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes, each variety treated separately with a brief, gentle maceration of just 2–3 hours, followed by very soft pressing to obtain clean, delicate musts. Fermentation takes place at low temperature — around 12–14 °C, just like a white wine — with extended lees contact for 3–4 months before blending and bottling.
The result is a rosé with real texture and depth: fresh and elegant, yet packed with the juicy fruit character that made Mucho Más famous.
