Composition and Winemaking

This wine is made from a balanced blend of traditional Portuguese grape varieties, including Fernão Pires, Arinto, New Harvest, Among other things, the harvest is done manually, ensuring careful selection of the grapes. After destemming and pressing upon arrival at the winery, fermentation takes place at low temperatures, between 12ºC and 14ºC, preserving the fresh and fruity aromas characteristic of the grape varieties used. The alcohol content is 13%.
