Porta Da Ravessa White
Porta da Ravessa White is a D.O.C. Alentejo from which 2,500,000 bottles were produced. This is a wine made from the Roupeiro, Fernão Pires and Arinto grape varieties planted in soils that are mainly granite but also clay-limestone and schist. It has a citrus yellow color, with a fresh fruity aroma and a smooth, balanced flavor.
1 bottle costs 21 € to deliver. A full order of 24 costs 29 €, which is 1,21 € a bottle. The wine is the same price either way — the delivery is what changes.
Taste & details
First pour: ripe plum and dark cherry, a floral note from the Touriga. First sip: round, smooth, a whisper of vanilla, zero harsh edges. Medium body, dry, 13.5%. Serve slightly cool (14-16C), 20 minutes in the fridge in summer.
