This wine is a tribute to the Abelharuco, a bird with an unmistakable song, companion of the Alentejo harvests. It is from the combination of the terroir of the grapes and the know-how that this wine of great elegance is born, made from grapes picked at their perfect state of ripeness, from the Aragonez, Trincadeira, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet varieties.
