Granja Amareleja wines are the purest expression of the tradition of the Alentejo sub-region of Granja Amareleja. This sub-region, hidden on the left bank of the Guadiana River, has very specific edaphic and climatic conditions that create highly distinctive wines. This wine, based on the Moreto, Alfrocheiro, and Aragonez grape varieties, with a fine and persistent finish of dried fruit, spices, and cocoa, reveals itself to be balanced and elegant.
