Winemaking Process of Instinto Forte Harmonious Rosé BIB 5L

Instinto Forte Harmonious Rosé is crafted from a harmonious blend of Aragonez, Castelão, and Syrah grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, then gently crushed and pressed. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures (14ºC to 16ºC) to preserve the wine’s aromatic intensity and balance. This careful winemaking process yields a well-balanced wine with 12% ABV and crisp acidity (pH 3.06, 5.4 g/L). Each glass is vibrant and enjoyable.
