Intense ruby colour. Delicate aroma, with suggestions of ripe fruits and a subtle touch of toasted coffee. The tannins are full of force, ensuring a well structured and intense flavour and promising longevity in the bottle. End long mouth. Ideal with meat stews, game or cured cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C. Should be opened an hour before serving.
