O Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Brut é um cava elaborado com as castas Macabeo, Xarel-lo e Parellada que apresenta cor amarelo palha pálido. No nariz evidencia abundante borbulha de tamanho médio com desprendimento constante, formando um ligeiro cordão de chegar à superfície do copo. Apreciam-se os aromas de juventude, aromas florais leves, notas cítricas em harmonia com aromas de envelhecimento médio. Na boca é fresco e seco com presença de notas subtis do estágio a que foi sujeito. Bom equilíbrio corpo, acidez e açúcar.
