Deep colour, with violet tinge. Complex and intense aroma, highlighting the ripe black fruit together with balsamic aromas and spicy notes as a result of its maturation in the oak. In the mouth, it is firm and concentrated, with balanced acidity, ripe tannins rightly involved in its body and volume. Aftertaste long and persistent. Perfect match with fine meats, game and stong and intense cheeses. Open 1 hour before serving. Serve at a temperature of 17°C.
