Really loved this Portuguese red, we’re big fans of Portuguese wine but had never tried this one. Will definitely be ordering again!
Closed ruby color, violet tinge, red fruit aroma and black complexed with slight notes of vanilla and toast, very elegant, soft and persistent. Manual harvest, very selective, with ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with control temperature maceration followed by fermentation malolactic. Minimum stage 2 years before being bottled.
