Made from the Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grape varieties, Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut has a bright straw-yellow color. A light Cava, highly appreciated for its freshness. The predominance of the Parellada grape in the blend and the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12ºC give it fine and intense aromas, predominantly fruity. The fine and persistent bubbles form an excellent crown. It is clean in flavor, light and with an elegant and ample retronasal finish.
