The rich golden-yellow colour of Offley Porto Lágrima anticipates a very intense aroma dominated by floral notes and by aromas arising from its ageing in wood, the “noble oxidation”, which adds notes of nuts, peanut butter and honey. With added richness and complexity, the wine has reached a good balance between acidity and sweetness, complemented by a long and elegant finish.
