Ruby of medium intensity, complex aroma with the characteristic notes of the Quinta dos Carvalhais terroir, where notes of ripe red fruit are complex with the forest character, sous bois and balsamic aromas. Spicy notes where nutmeg stands out. Firm and almost austere in the mouth, with the presence of sober fruit and a classic tannin texture. Firm and integrated acidity. Ends too long.
