Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Brut

Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Brut is a cava made from Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada grapes, presenting a pale straw-yellow color. On the nose, it shows abundant medium-sized bubbles with constant release, forming a slight ripple that reaches the surface of the glass. Aromas of youth, light floral notes, and citrus notes are appreciated, harmonizing with aromas of medium aging. On the palate, it is fresh and dry with subtle notes from its aging process. Good balance of body, acidity, and sugar.
