Citrine yellow color with greenish hue. Complex in aroma with notes of Williams pear, suggestions of dried fruit skin and a sweet atmosphere from the barrel aging. It has the subtlety and elegance typical of Encruzado aged in barrels. Mouth with a lot of volume, intense in texture and firm in presence. Very integrated acidity providing gastronomic freshness. Finishes long and very balanced.
