It is prepared at a low temperature, avoiding yeast precipitates and preserving the carbon dioxide inherent to alcoholic fermentation, thus obtaining a wine with a turbid appearance with a light bottle that allows us to bottle it for consumption at the optimum time. It is recommended to shake gently for consumption.
