This wine is a tribute to the Bee-eater, a bird with an unmistakable song, a companion of the Alentejo harvest. It is from the combination of the terroir of the grapes of this wine and the know-how that this fresh and aromatic wine is born from grapes harvested in their perfect state of ripeness from the Verdelho, Antão Vaz and Arinto grape varieties.
