A classic blend wine, Abanico Reserva comes from different vineyards at Casa da Passarella. The grape varieties that serve as its basis are Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Jaen, and respecting the balance of the different plots chosen, we harvest the grapes manually into 12kg boxes. Fermentation takes place in a traditional cement vat and pre- and post-fermentation maceration is carried out, aging is carried out partially in new French oak barrels for one year, and the entire stabilization process for bottling is carried out naturally - We do not subject this wine to any type of filtering.
