Forbidden Great Reserve Red

The Proibido wine originates in Vinhas Velhas between 40 and 80 years of age, coming from Vila Nova de Foz C a. Small plots facing north or east between 250m and 500m altitude. All the work is practically done by hand, without the use of herbicides or pesticides. When necessary, we till the land with the help of a working horse. We thus respect what the vineyard gives us, and we try to make the transformation of grapes into wine is as natural as possible.
