Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Brut

Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Brut is a cava made with the Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grape varieties and has a pale straw yellow color. On the nose there is abundant medium-sized bubbles with constant release, forming a slight cord reaching the surface of the glass. You can appreciate the aromas of youth, light floral aromas, citrus notes in harmony with aromas of medium aging. In the mouth it is fresh and dry with the presence of subtle notes from the aging process to which it was subjected. Good balance of body, acidity and sugar.
