The Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada varieties give rise to Freixenet Carta Nevada Meio Seco, which has a straw yellow, clean and bright color. Typical regional cava with an equal coupage of native Penedès varieties, its medium-sized bubble forms a good crown. It has slight floral aromas. A consistent structure in the mouth due to a medium aging.
