This sub-type of sparkling wine, renowned for being made up only of white grapes, has a light citrus yellow color, fine bubbles and a persistent string. The aroma proves to be very elegant, where notes of green citrus are enveloped by the complexity of the aging in the “sur lies” cellar, reminiscent of toasted bread and almonds.
In the mouth with a smooth mousse and crisp acidity, forming an elegant and very balanced set.
