Deep color, with violet tinge. Complex and intense aroma, highlighting the ripe black fruit together with balsamic aromas and spicy notes as a result of its maturation in the oak. In the mouth, it is firm and concentrated, with balanced acidity, ripe tannins rightly involved in its body and volume. Long and persistent aftertaste. Perfect match with fine meats, game and stong and intense cheeses. Open 1 hour before serving. Serves at a temperature of 17°C.
