Old Red's Head
The grapes were completely de-stemmed and gently crushed into stainless steel tanks. After cold maceration for 24 hours, fermentation began at a controlled temperature of 23ºC, with gentle pumping over, for good extraction of the grapes, preserving all the aromas and flavors.
