Produced with special Munich malt, it is a brown beer, with creamy, sand-colored foam. It takes on a rich aroma of malt, chocolate, dried fruits and light smoke. In the mouth it is elegant, discreet bitter, supporting the sweetness of the malt.
The rich and sweet flavor of malt, carob and chocolate are in harmony with the acidity. Medium finish, fruity and slightly toasted. More intense recreation than the traditional Munich Dunkel, in line with Portuguese gastronomy, paired with dishes of great character.
