Open color and very fine and precise aroma, wild strawberries, lavender, humus, dry vegetable. Very pure and expressive in the medium-bodied mouth, notes of earth, spices, delicate and contained fruit enveloped in enormous freshness. Lots of character and uniqueness in a wine that you don't want to stop drinking, a true ''vin de soif''.
