The Mandois Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) is a blend of several terroirs where the Chardonnay finds itself particularly at home. Perfectly representative of the vintage, it is only slightly sweetened to allow the natural character of the Chardonnay to develop to the full. To the delight of champagne enthusiasts, the delicate flavours of this beautiful Champagne express themselves best when it is served as an aperitif.
