The richness and concentration of the local Bical and Cerceal varieties grown on limestone soils result in a wine with a clear, golden yellow appearance and a nose with evolved and complex notes of wet clay and beeswax. In the mouth it reveals a wine with great structure and unexpected youth. Long end of tasting punctuated by mineral nuances.
