Poupa da Serra Reserva Red

Poupa da Serra Reserva is a red wine from the Beira Interior region of Portugal, made from the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Rufete grapes. It has an intense red colour and soft, fresh aromas, with notes of fine red fruits harmoniously combined with slight nuances of wood and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it stands out for the elegance of its tannins, which come together with the freshness of the fruit and the woody notes, culminating in a soft and pleasant finish. This wine was aged for 10 months in wood and in stainless steel tanks, which gives it complexity and balance. It is well suited to beef, lamb or game dishes.
