For its elaboration, the best grapes are carefully selected at their optimum point of ripeness, fermentation is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, once this is finished, the wine is kept at a controlled temperature to maintain all its expression, giving way to a wine with character and representative of its variety.
