Deep ruby colour and an intense, very complex aroma. On the nose, nuts such as almond and hazelnut stand out, along with floral notes of lavender, balsamic notes of cedar and a slight minty aroma. Spices, black fruit, some scrubby notes and high-quality wood also stand out. On the palate, the floral notes and black fruit are evident. It is a wine that is both full-bodied and soft, with lively, very well-integrated tannins, and a finish of great elegance and longevity.
