Revirado is a complex, engaging wine, which is strange and then penetrates. On the nose, the closed aroma is reminiscent of burnt matches, showing the profile of an Alvarinho with some reduction. In the mouth, this wine has a markedly mineral profile due to the salinity felt due to its origins in high-altitude vineyards, and a unique complexity amplified by aging in oak barrels.
