Soalheiro Nature reveals mouth-watering acidity, a smooth and voluminous texture, which results from complete malolactic fermentation. The aftertaste is intense and persistent. When, moments before serving, the lees are gently homogenized into the wine, it becomes even more voluminous in the mouth.
