The terroir of Monção and Melgaço has enormous potential to explore, and not only does it allow for the production of excellent single-varietal Alvarinhos that are unique in the world, but Soalheiro enters the world of rosé wines with the launch of Soalheiro Mineral Rosé. The goal? Challenging connoisseurs to taste a Rosé that may not be consensual and universally popular, as it does not have the intensity of sweetness and smoothness normally presented in some rosé wines.
