This wine is a tribute to the Bee-eater, a bird with an unmistakable song, a companion to the Alentejo grape harvests. It is from the combination of the terroir of the grapes used in this wine and the winemaking expertise that this fresh and aromatic wine is born, made from grapes harvested at their perfect stage of ripeness from the Verdelho, Antão Vaz, and Arinto varieties.
