La Vicomté Bio Rosé is born in the heart of Languedoc, one of the world’s most recognized wine regions. The vineyards grow on hilly terrain enriched by sediments of the Hérault River, with calcareous soils and a Mediterranean climate marked by dry summers and mild winters.
This terroir offers the ideal conditions for producing balanced, aromatic wines, while respecting nature through organic viticulture methods.
Careful Winemaking
The grapes for La Vicomté Bio Rosé are harvested in August, during the early morning hours, to preserve freshness and aroma. The winemaking process is delicate, with direct pressing and the use of carbon dioxide to reduce oxidation.
The grape varieties are Cinsault (50%) and Grenache Gris (50%), which give the wine its intense aromatic profile and refreshing character.
