Papa Figos apresenta uma cor rubi de boa intensidade, quase violeta, e um aroma muito intenso sobressaindo as notas florais a esteva e violeta, bem como a fruta vermelha viva como a ameixa e o morango. Acrescem notas balsâmicas de cedro e mentol bem complexadas por uma madeira discreta, mas bem integrada. Na boca apresenta um bom volume, acidez bem integrada, taninos de boa qualidade, presença bem marcada de frutos vermelhos vivos. O seu final é longo, harmonioso e elegante
