Soalheiro Sparkling Brut Barrica

- Best with Red meat, goat and lamb, cured cheeses or wit...
This wine has an intense yellow color and presents fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose it essentially reveals vanilla tertiary aromas resulting from aging in barrels. In the mouth, it presents a good balance between acidity and alcohol and reveals a creamy texture. The flavors are complex, very elegant and persistent.
