Pragustus Red

Pragustus Red is made from grapes thoroughly selected in the vineyard, which after a cold maceration to extract all its aromatic potential, are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Later, after racking the mash, it is carried out a malolactic fermentation, which provides roundness and stability, and after a resting period in the cellar, we get a balanced, nuanced and elegant in the mouth wine.
