Gimonnet Special Club Cuis 2018

This Blanc de blancs offers a pale, sparkling golden color. The nose, fresh and elegant, is expressed first in white fruits, apple and pear, then in brioche, vanilla and toasted bread. The final notes are citrus, lemon, bergamot and Secs fruit. In the mouth it is creamy and unctuous, but lively. The fruitiness is ripe, stimulated by chamomile, mint and spices.Finally we find chalk, for a salivating finale.
